Minimum booking: 4 hours (including setup and teardown).

Capacity & Use

Maximum capacity: 200 guests (contact host for larger events).

Space intended for private events, corporate gatherings, and productions only. No public ticketed events without prior approval.

Noise & Music
-
Amplified music allowed indoors only. Outdoor noise must comply with local noise ordinances.

DJs and live bands are permitted if volume is managed and neighbors are respected.

Alcohol & Catering
-
Alcohol allowed with licensed bartender and 21+ age verification.
-
Catering welcome; food trucks must be approved prior to event.

Decor & Setup
-
No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives on walls or floors.
-
Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not allowed.
-
All decorations must be removed after the event.

Smoking & Substances
-
Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.
-
No illegal substances permitted on the property.

Clean-Up & Damage
-
Renter responsible for trash removal and leaving the space as found.
-
Any damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Parking & Loading
-
On-site parking for 30 vehicles. Additional parking must be coordinated.

Loading docks available for equipment and staging.

Insurance & Permits
-
Event insurance may be required for large gatherings or productions.
-
Permits required for events over 200 guests, alcohol sales, or street closures.

Free Cancellation Period
-
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before event start.

Standard Cancellations
-
5+ days before event: 50% refund (excluding any processing fees).
-
Less than 5 days before event: No refund.

Rescheduling
-
One free reschedule allowed 7+ days before event, subject to availability.
-
Reschedules requested within 7 days are treated as cancellations.

Host-Initiated Cancellations
-
If the host cancels, guests receive a 100% refund.
-

Guests are required to remove all personal belongings and event materials by the end of the booking time, including decorations, catering equipment, and trash.
-
All furniture and equipment must be returned to their original locations.
-
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins or collection areas.
-
Spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent damage or stains.
-
No confetti, glitter, or similar materials that are difficult to clean.
-
A standard cleaning fee of $150 is included in the booking. Excessive mess or damage may result in an additional $250 fee charged after inspection.

For events involving food, beverages, or alcohol, additional cleaning precautions (floor protection, spill mats) are strongly recommended.
